We are Conscious Group! Conscious Group consists of nine hotel, four Hotel V locations and five Conscious Hotels locations, and two restaurants. Here, hospitality, design, and sustainability come together. Conscious Hotels focuses on sustainability down to the smallest detail, without compromising on comfort. And now, Conscious Hotels Westerpark is looking for a Front Office Host.
During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Amsterdam tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn't the only place you shine – you also froth milk like a pro.

Job Requirements
Job requirements and personal qualities:

You are looking for a nice job for 4-5 days per week;
-
Front office host and barista in one – now that's multitasking with a smile;

Hospitality is in your DNA – you can sense exactly what a guest needs;

Ideally, you have experience in (international) hotels or the hospitality industry – to provide the best service for our guests;

Flexible availability – Including weekends and holidays;

You speak fluent English. If you also speak Dutch, that's a nice bonus;

Preferably, you live in or near Amsterdam;

You are a team player but also work well independently;
-
Experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
