• Analyze the impact of engineering changes on homologation and certification
• Support engineering teams in ensuring regulatory compliance
• Prepare detailed homologation and validation test plans
• Align type approval activities with technical services and regulatory authorities
• Coordinate and witness homologation testing activities
• Negotiate with authorities on the interpretation of regulations when required
• Document test results and technical data according to applicable standards
• Contribute to the Conformity of Production (COP) compliance program
• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams in engineering and validation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in homologation, validation, or vehicle development
• Knowledge of type approval processes (WVTA) and relevant regulations (EC/UNECE)
• Experience in vehicle or system testing and validation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
• Excellent command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
• Broad knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive engineering

• A competitive salary between €5,500 and €7,500 gross per month, depending on experience
