Job Description
As an International Technical Service Engineer, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced detection systems at client sites in the Netherlands and abroad. You ensure that every system operates flawlessly. Thanks to your efforts, the systems continue to perform at their best, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction. You actively identify opportunities for improvement or expansion and report them to the technical and commercial teams. You work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues on location.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing service work and client visits;
- Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs;
- Installing and commissioning new systems;
- Identifying commercial opportunities at client sites;
- Documenting service and visit reports;
- Supporting with assembly and repairs.
Job Requirements
- MBO-level working and thinking, preferably in electrical engineering;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
- You live in the Heerhugowaard/Alkmaar region;
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux and Germany;
- Flexible and proactive approach.
