What will you do?

• Setting up and converting packaging lines for different packaging formats
• Operating and monitoring modern production machines
• Supervising the packaging process and product quality
• Recording production data for process improvements and maintenance
• Timely replenishment of foil, labels, and packaging materials
• Detecting and solving minor technical malfunctions
• Supervising and motivating colleagues on the production line
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations

What do we ask from you?

• MBO (vocational) working and thinking level
• Technical insight and affinity with machinery
• Experience as an operator is a plus
• Good command of the English language
• Knowledge of Dutch or Polish is an advantage
• Strong communication and social skills
• You work accurately and take responsibility for your tasks
• You are flexible and solution-oriented
