As a Maintenance Employee, you are responsible for maintaining and repairing high-tech packaging materials and transport solutions. You work with hand tools, technical drawings, and inspection checklists to ensure products meet quality standards.

In this role, you will:

• Repair, maintain, and inspect packaging according to instructions and checklists
• Work with hand tools and apply your technical knowledge during repairs
• Identify deviations and report issues within the production process
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and safety standards
• Perform preventive maintenance according to planning schedules
• Register repairs and maintenance activities in the system
• Operate an EPT (electric pallet truck) and forklift when required

Working hours in 2-shifts:

• Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00
• Week 2: 15:00 – 00:00

This schedule alternates weekly. You will receive an 18% shift allowance for working in shifts.

You will also receive onboarding and training to become familiar with the tools, systems, and processes used within the company.

• Technical insight with a practical and hands-on work attitude
• Experience with maintenance work and reading technical drawings
• Experience with hand tools and operating an EPT (electric pallet truck) or forklift
• Forklift certificate is preferred or can be obtained through the company
• Flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system
• Good command of the English language (minimum B1 level)

• Fulltime position (40 hours per week)
• Gross monthly salary of approximately €3,094 including 18% shift allowance
• 29 vacation days per year
