You will work for an international high-tech company in Eindhoven that specializes in packaging and tooling solutions for fragile industrial components. From the service center in Eindhoven, packaging is developed, cleaned, repaired, and shipped worldwide for clients in industries such as semiconductors, aerospace, electronics, and mechanical engineering.

As a Maintenance Employee, you will work on maintaining and repairing packaging for fragile high-tech components. You will follow clear instructions and work together with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient production process.

Your tasks include:

• Repairing and inspecting packaging according to checklists and work instructions
• Performing preventive maintenance on packaging materials
• Working with hand tools and technical equipment
• Identifying and reporting deviations during the production process
• Registering repairs and inspections in the system
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials with an EPT or forklift
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain quality and safety standards

You will work in a 2-shift schedule:

• Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00
• Week 2: 15:00 – 00:00

The shifts alternate weekly.

During your onboarding period, you will receive extensive training and guidance to become familiar with the tasks and tools required for the role.

• Technical insight and a practical working attitude
• Experience with maintenance work and reading technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools and operating an EPT or forklift
• Forklift certificate is preferred or can be obtained through WerkTalent
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Good command of the English language (minimum B1 level)
• Accurate and independent working attitude

• Fulltime position (40 hours per week)
• Gross monthly salary of approximately €3,094 including 18% shift allowance
• 29 vacation days per year
