For an innovative engineering company operating at the intersection of motorsport, simulation technology, aviation, and entertainment, we are looking for a Mechanical Technician who enjoys hands-on technical work, precision assembly, and building complex mechanical systems. Every simulator is custom-built. Every project is different. Every build is a technical challenge.

You will work in a modern high-tech workshop where technicians, engineers, and software specialists collaborate to create highly realistic simulation platforms.

These systems replicate real-world racing dynamics using advanced motion systems, steering mechanisms, pedal assemblies, and custom mechanical constructions.

As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a key role in bringing these machines to life.

Your work includes:

• Building and assembling precision mechanical systems
• Working on custom simulator frames and motion platforms
• Installing steering, pedal, and mounting systems
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings independently
• Performing precise mechanical adjustments and testing
• Collaborating with engineers and technical specialists

Because every simulator is unique, your work remains highly varied and technically challenging.

What are we looking for?

You enjoy building, solving, and working with precision. You take pride in high-quality technical work and like seeing a project come together piece by piece.

• Technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
• Experience in machine building, precision assembly, or complex mechanical systems
• Ability to read technical drawings independently
• Strong hands-on mentality and mechanical insight
• Eye for detail and quality-focused mindset
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
