Functieomschrijving
As a nursery worker, you’ll be involved in the daily cultivation and care of our plants. You’ll primarily work with machinery, both outdoors and in our greenhouse and shade house, and will be responsible for transplanting and watering the crops. You’ll keep the plants healthy by removing weeds both mechanically and by hand, regularly monitor their growth, and identify any pests or abnormalities. In addition, you will assist with various maintenance tasks at the nursery to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll also play a key role in logistics and production processes. You’ll harvest the plants, process them by pruning and dividing them, and prepare them for shipment by labeling and packing them according to orders. It’s a versatile role where no two days are the same, and where you’ll actively contribute to the entire process from plant to delivery.
