• At least an MBO 2 diploma is required for this position;
• You hold a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one;
• You have no objection to working in shifts;
• Accuracy, reliability and a team-oriented attitude are important to you;
• You attach great value to quality and results;
• You have technical insight, which makes you good at analysing problems and identifying deviations;
• You are available full-time.

You will work for Start People Zuivel, part of Start People B.V., and you will be deployed to FrieslandCampina in Leerdam.

• You will be given a fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment;
• This is a 36-hour working week;
• You will work in three shifts: from 07:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 23:00, and from 23:00 to 07:00, from Monday to Sunday;
• You will receive a shift bonus that varies between 30% and 100% extra;
• Salary starts from €16.25 per hour;
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometre. This also applies to travel by public transport. We can offer a maximum allowance of €13.60 per day.
