Job Description
As an operator in Lelystad, you are responsible for operating various filling and packaging machines on a daily basis. You regularly conduct tests and quality checks to ensure that product quality remains at a high standard. Additionally, you are responsible for converting, cleaning, and sterilizing the machines. Your tasks are varied, with half of your time spent on production, 20% on quality control, 20% on maintenance tasks, and the remaining portion dedicated to cleaning the machines. Through your attention to detail and dedication, you contribute to an efficient and smooth production process, with a focus on both quality and hygiene.

Job Requirements
- MBO 3 level of education, preferably in a technical field.
- Technical insight and an affinity for operating machines.
- Experience or education in machine operation or food technology is a plus.
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Motivated candidates without full experience are also encouraged to apply, provided they are willing to learn and grow.
Salary and Benefits
- A salary according to the Dairy Industry Collective Agreement (CAO), with growth opportunities in salary scales 3 to 5.
- A shift allowance of 25.7% for working in a 5-shift schedule, in addition to your gross salary, also during vacation and sickness.
