For our client in Wolvega, Dujob is looking for a Production Worker – Powder Coating.
You will work in a modern production environment where quality, commitment, and teamwork are important.

Job Description
Together with your team, you will be responsible for applying a durable protective coating to steel parts.
You will work on different types of constructions used in construction, industry, and infrastructure
Your tasks
- Hanging parts on the production line
- Preparing materials for the powder coating process
- Removing finished products after the process
- Checking the quality of the coating
- Registering and processing orders in the system
- Supporting logistics tasks
- Operating a forklift is a plus
Job Requirements
- Availability for morning and afternoon shifts
- (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–23:00)
- Open to a full-time job
- Living near Wolvega or having your own car to get to work on time
- You are a real go-getter
- You have technical understanding
- You work carefully and safely
- You are physically strong
- You speak Dutch or English
Salary and Benefits
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, from 11 km to 25 km one way Maximum 50 km per day
- Gross monthly salary of €2,750 excluding 13.3% shift allowance = €3,135 gross per month
- Shift allowance of 14% for morning and afternoon shifts
- Overtime pay at 128.5%
- Saturday allowance of 147%
- Sunday allowance of 184%
- ADV allowance of 5.12%
- Accrual of vacation days and holiday pay of 8.33%
- Opportunity to obtain a forklift certificate
- Temporary contract through Dujob, with a chance of a permanent contract if you perform well
