Organisation
As a production employee, you will join the Condor Group. The Condor Group is one of Europe's largest carpet producers, producing more than 130 million m2 of textile floor coverings annually. Known under the names Condor Carpets, VEBE, Condor Cartex, Condor Grass, Timzo, Intercarpet and Edel Carpets, the Condor Group serves several markets. We are existing since 1992 and are an active producer of multi-purpose flooring solutions. These include home and office upholstery, but also car upholstery and even the covering of FIFA-certified sports fields. During the production process, Tufting and Non-Woven production techniques take centre stage. The production sites are located in Genemuiden, Hasselt en Blokzijl.

Job Description
As a production employee in Genemuiden, you'll join a respected family business known for its high-tech machines and friendly working atmosphere. This is the perfect place to start or grow your career towards a role as a machine operator, logistics worker, or forklift driver.
Your tasks will include:- Setting up and operating production machinery
- Installing the correct tools and components
- Inspecting products for quality
- Following all process instructions and procedures
- Assisting and instructing colleagues on the production line where needed
Job Requirements
- Good command of the English language
- Minimum age of 18 due to shift work
- Living in or able to travel easily to Genemuiden, Hasselt, or Blokzijl
- Willingness to work in 3- or 4-shift schedules, including nights and occasional Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and your own transportation if commuting from further away
Salary and Benefits
- Salary between €2750 and €3200 gross per month, including shift allowance
- Travel allowance
- 8.33% holiday pay
- 25 vacation days per year
