🖨️ Production Employee – Venlo | €14.71 + Shift Allowances up to 100% | Fulltime

Looking for a well-paid, hands-on job in production with great growth opportunities? Join our client in Venlo as a Production Employee and work in a modern, international environment!

⚙️ What will you do?

You play a key role in keeping the production process running smoothly:

• Operating and setting up machines
• Monitoring production lines
• Checking product quality
• Working closely with your team to improve processes

You start your day with a short team meeting and then get straight to work. Every day is different!

⏰ Working hours (shift system)

You will work in a 3-shift schedule:

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night: 22:00 – 06:00

👉 You’ll receive extra allowances for working these shifts!

👊 Who are you?

• You have at least a basic or highschool-level working/thinking level
• Experience is a plus, but not required
• You are willing to work in shifts
• You are flexible, reliable, and a team player
• You work accurately and handle pressure well
