The client is Biscuit International, a leading producer in the food industry. At the location in Rucphen, filled biscuits and Brinky’s are produced daily. These products are sold in supermarkets and exported to various countries around the world.

You will become part of a close-knit and supportive team where colleagues help one another and teamwork is key. Together with operators, production workers, and your supervisor, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Start as a production worker at Biscuit International in Rucphen and earn from €2960 gross per month including shift allowance! You will work in a 3‑shift system within a stable, close‑knit team, with many opportunities to learn and grow.

As a production worker at Biscuit International in Rucphen, you help every day with the production and packaging of delicious biscuits. During your work, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Your main tasks are packaging the products, checking quality, and keeping your workplace clean and safe. In addition, you support with setting up and changing machines and you will learn how to solve small technical issues yourself. All work is carried out according to HACCP guidelines, and you will receive proper guidance to learn this well.

The most important tasks as a production worker:

• Packing freshly baked biscuits;
• Checking product quality;
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe according to HACCP rules.

Working days and times:

• If you work full‑time, you will work in a fixed team and rotate shifts every week (morning–night–afternoon).
• If you work part‑time, we will look together at a schedule that fits your availability.
• The morning shift is from 07:00 to 15:00, the afternoon shift is from 15:00 to 23:00, and the night shift is from 23:00 to 07:00.
• The night shift starts on Sunday evening.

➡️Dutch or good English language skills (on conversational level!)
➡️Availability for at least 2 full shifts per week. 
➡️Experience in the food production sector (preferred).

✅ Gross monthly salary of €2960 including shift allowance and ADV (up to €3185 with proven experience)
✅ Shift allowance: 38% between 18:00–03:00 and 39% between 03:00–06:30
