The client is Biscuit International, a leading producer in the food industry. At the location in Rucphen, filled biscuits and Brinky’s are produced daily. These products are sold in supermarkets and exported to various countries around the world.

You will become part of a close-knit and supportive team where colleagues help one another and teamwork is key. Together with operators, production workers, and your supervisor, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you contribute directly to the production of different kinds of cookies. You will do quality control and pack products. You solve minor malfunctions independently and ensure that the workplace remains clean and safe in line with HACCP guidelines.

Your top 3 responsibilities:

• Packing and checking biscuits
• Changing over and setting machines
• Cleaning the workplace according to hygiene standards

Working hours:morning shift 07:00–15:00, afternoon shift 15:00–23:00, night shift 23:00–07:00.Note: the night shift starts on Sunday evening.

• You are proactive, reliable, and quality-focused. You can communicate clearly and are willing to work in shifts. Also, you bring:
  • Dutch or good English language skills
  • Availability for at least 2 full shifts per week Preferably, experience in the food production sector

• Based on a full-time planning, you can count on attractive terms of employment:
  • Gross monthly salary of €2,905 including shift allowance and ADV, up to €3,125 with proven experience
  • Shift allowance: 38% between 18:00–03:00 and 39% between 03:00–06:30
  • 8.33% holiday allowance
  • 25 vacation days based on full-time employment
  • Travel allowance from 5 km one way: €0.23 per km
