You will be employed by a leading international company specializing in conveyor belt solutions. The facility in Echt combines advanced machinery, high-quality materials, and skilled craftsmanship to deliver products to customers worldwide. Although the company operates globally, the local team maintains an informal, approachable atmosphere where collaboration and mutual support are key.

Functieomschrijving
As a Confectioning Operator Conveyor Belts, you play an important role in the production and finishing of high-quality conveyor belts. This is a specialist position where accuracy is essential, as products are manufactured down to the millimeter. You will carry out various processing techniques, including punching, sealing, and heat or high-frequency pressing. Depending on the assignment, you will either operate machinery or perform manual preparation and finishing tasks. Quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything you do. Your 3 main responsibilities are:

• Performing production activities such as punching, sealing, and pressing conveyor belts.
• Inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operating machinery and carrying out preparation and finishing work where required.

You are technically minded, work accurately, and take pride in delivering quality results. In addition, you bring:

• MBO-level education or a comparable level of working and thinking.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Experience within a production environment or the conveyor belt industry is an advantage.
• A responsible attitude combined with motivation and a positive mindset.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Wat wij jou bieden:
Based on a full-time position of 40 hours per week in day shifts, you can expect:

• A gross monthly salary between €2,525 and €3,300, depending on experience and qualifications.
• An initial 7-month contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• 26 vacation days and a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 0.1 km.
• A pension scheme with no employee contribution and WGA-gap insurance.
