Your role as a Program Manager EU

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all IT related projects within the EMEA Region + India and ensure they align with our organizational goals.

They are also responsible for defining, implementing, maintaining & monitoring standardized project methodologies and best-practices, driving continuous improvement of the implementation programs and projects in the region of responsibility.

What will you do?

• Program Planning & Strategy
  Define the program vision, objectives, and success criteria.
  Align program goals with business strategy and stakeholder expectations.
  Develop a roadmap that integrates multiple projects.
• Governance & Oversight
  Establish program governance structures (roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes).
  Monitor compliance with organizational standards and policies.
  Manage risk and issue escalation across projects.
• Stakeholder Management
  Communicate effectively with executive sponsors, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
  Ensure stakeholder alignment and manage expectations.
  Provide status updates and progress reports at the program level
• Resource & Budget Management
  Allocate resources across projects to optimize efficiency.
  Manage program-level budget, ensuring financial control and forecasting.
  Negotiate priorities when resources are constrained.
• Risk & Change Management
  Identify and mitigate program-level risks.
  Manage change requests that impact multiple projects.
  Ensure adaptability to evolving business needs.
• Coordination & Integration
  Synchronize project timelines and dependencies.
  Resolve conflicts between projects.
  Ensure integration of deliverables into the overall program outcome

Who are we looking for?

You have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years relevant working experience for this role (preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain)
• Leadership skills, able to provide direction and motivate your team members
• Extensive Project Management experience
• Task Structuring & Organization
• Strong verbal and written communicator in English (any other European Language is a plus)
• Customer oriented
• Teamwork player
