Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working with fresh products in a dynamic environment? For an international and fast-growing organization in fresh herbs and natural flavorings, we are looking for a Quality Controller in Venlo.
Within this organization, quality, sustainability, and collaboration are central. You will play an important role in ensuring product quality of fresh herbs that are shipped daily to customers across Europe.

• Gross hourly wage of €16.56
• Full-time position within a growing international company
• Working in a 3-shift system:
• 06:00 – 15:00
• 09:00 – 18:00
• 18:00 – 00:00 (or until work is finished)

What will you do?

• Inspecting the quality of incoming, stored, and outgoing herbs
• Monitoring and enforcing quality standards within the production process
• Communicating quality findings to different departments
• Assessing products (approve, reject, or partially release)
• Processing administrative data and quality reports
• Supporting and guiding colleagues during weighing and packaging processes
• Performing final inspections for customer orders
• Collaborating with Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Contributing ideas for process improvements in quality management

What do we ask from you?

• Experience in quality control is a plus
• A critical and accurate working attitude
• Affinity with fresh food products
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Structured and careful way of working
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good command of the English language (minimum B1 level)
• Dutch or Polish is a plus
