What will you be doing?
As part of our expanding Quality Control team (currently 3 members and growing), you’ll be a key player in upholding our uncompromising quality standards. You’ll help ensure our composite components meet the exact specifications required for aerospace applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing precise inspections on composite panels and components to verify compliance with aerospace standards.
Conducting detailed visual checks, accurate measurements, and functional tests to detect any deviations or flaws.
Executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) before final product delivery.
Inspecting incoming raw materials and purchased parts.
Calibrating inspection and production equipment as part of preventive maintenance routines.
Monitoring and recording temperature and humidity—especially in cleanroom environment.
Creating thorough inspection reports and maintaining complete, traceable documentation.
Collaborating with engineering, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
Supporting internal and external audits to ensure full compliance with industry regulations.
Functie-eisen
What do you bring?
A technical education (or equivalent work experience), preferably with audit-related training.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in quality control, technical production, or development.
Bonus points for experience in aerospace or composites manufacturing.
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with quality tools and systems (e.g., CMMs, NDI equipment, laser trackers).
A sharp eye for detail and strong quality awareness.
Solid communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
An analytical mindset and a proactive, independent working style.
