Are you a creative Membership Activations Specialist with a passion for loyalty, events and customer engagement? This is an exciting opportunity to join an international fashion brand in Amsterdam, where you will develop exclusive member experiences, coordinate in-store and off-site activations, and work with regional teams to drive enrollment, engagement and measurable ROI. The Department and Team:
Within the brand's Marketing department, the team's role is to adapt the Global Marketing strategy to the EMEA context. They enhance consumer engagement in O&O stores and the website, drive awareness and sales across wholesale and pure players, build brand desirability, and accelerate the brand's integrated media ambitions, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals and objectives. This team is a key pillar of the department, collaborating closely with Hubs, eCommerce, Global Marketing, and Buying to drive EMEA marketing strategy, digital sales, brand alignment, and product messaging forward. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.
The Position:
As a Specialist Membership Activations, you will drive loyalty program acquisition and retention through experiential events and live brand activations. You will plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive member experiences—both in-store and off-site—that turn loyalty tiers into high-value communities and drive immediate customer enrollment.
