We are looking for a 1 Print Operators to join our dedicated Corrugated production team. You will be at the forefront of our Corrugated production line, ensuring our high-tech machines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently to produce high-quality corrugated products. Our team is focused on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. 

• Machine Operation: Efficiently run, monitor, and adjust your corrugated production/conversion machine(s) (e.g., Die Cutter, Folder Gluer, Printer) to meet specific quality and production goals.
• Preventive Maintenance: Plan and perform weekly/monthly scheduled maintenance and cleaning tasks to prevent unplanned stops and ensure machine longevity.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and solve most first- and second-line technical problems (using Root Cause Analysis where needed) to minimize downtime.
• Coordination: Manage your time effectively based on the production schedule and maintenance needs. Coordinate closely with your Supervisor, colleagues, and the Maintenance team.
• Training: Act as a mentor; train and instruct new Operators and colleagues on machine operation, setup, and necessary adjustments
• Safety First: Ensure your work is always safe. You follow all safety regulations and immediately report or fix any unsafe conditions
• Improvement: Propose and test ideas to make our processes better, safer, and more efficient (e.g., supporting Autonomous Maintenance and CI projects)

• Experience: You have proven experience (1-3 years) as an Print Operator or Technician in a fast-paced production environment, preferably within corrugated/cardboard converting.
• Technical Insight: You have strong mechanical and technical insight to quickly diagnose and solve technical issues on complex production machinery
• Education: You have completed a technical education equivalent to MBO Level 3 or 4 in a technical, mechanical, or graphical field
• Proactivity: You have a hands-on mentality and can work independently to plan and prioritize your tasks
• Safety Focus: You understand the critical importance of workplace safety and always use the required safety equipment.

Nice to have;

• Specific certifications or training, such as NEN3140, VOP, or machine-specific courses relevant to corrugated machinery.
• Experience with (Flexo-) Printing and (Die-) Cutting technology. 
• Experience with continuous improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and Autonomous Maintenance.

• Fulltime job from Monday till Friday
• Working times; 8:00 - 16.30, shifts possible in future
