FunctieomschrijvingAs Technical Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for regular quality inspections in our cliënts factories. Ensure that our tailor-made equipment meets our quality standards. If a quality problem occurs, immediate action will be taken. It is the responsibility of the technical quality inspector to think critically and flag quality issues or come up with a solution.
Responsibilities
- Verification of technical requirements / documents / procedures
- Perform inspections in Siemens factories and at 3rd party suppliers
- Inspection during the manufacturing process
- Quality checking of our produced equipment
- Support by implementing improvements to meet standards in our factories
- Communicate with stakeholders (project teams, production facility, customers)
- Witnessing tests / FAT (Factory acceptance tests) with customers
Functie-eisen- Knowledge of electrical systems (switchgear, panel building, transformers)
- Technical background
- Relevant experience as a quality inspector, auditing, and testing
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations like IEC 60079, IEC 61439
- An in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards
- Willingness to travel internationally (EU passport required, willing to travel 70%)
