Our client is an internationally operating logistics service provider that supports companies worldwide with warehousing, order processing and distribution. For a leading international customer, a completely new warehouse facility is being opened in Lelystad. This means you will be part of a new team from the very beginning and have the opportunity to help build and successfully launch the new location.

Would you like to be part of a brand-new warehouse in Lelystad from day one? This is your opportunity! Our client is opening a completely new location and is looking for warehouse employees who would like to help build and successfully launch this new operation.

What will you do?

As a warehouse employee, you will be part of the team responsible for getting the new warehouse up and running. During the first 2 to 4 weeks, you will receive full training and learn the processes and procedures.

During the start-up phase, most of the work will be done manually. Instead of traditional scanners, you will mainly work with a laptop. You will process information digitally and follow work instructions carefully and accurately.

After the training period, you will work in a 2-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 15:00 – 24:00

What do we mean by digital experience?
You don't need to be an IT specialist. It is mainly important that you are comfortable working with a laptop, digital systems and digital instructions. For example, if you have previously worked with warehouse management systems, inventory software or other digital systems, that is a great advantage.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who:

• can work very accurately;
• speaks, understands and reads English well;
• can understand and follow digital work instructions;
• has experience working in a digital work environment;
• is comfortable working with a laptop and warehouse software;
• can work independently but also enjoys working as part of a team;
• likes the opportunity to be involved in building a new warehouse from the start.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

You will have the opportunity to be part of a brand-new warehouse in Lelystad from the very beginning. You will receive proper training and have the opportunity to develop yourself within the organisation. If you perform well, there is a possibility of long-term employment and potentially a contract directly with the client.
