As a Welding Coordinator in Alkmaar, you work 40 hours a week. You are responsible for the highest welding quality in the production of stainless steel hoses, flow systems, and skids. You ensure everything meets ISO 3834-2. This makes the job challenging and varied. You work with different teams and are the point of contact for welding technical questions.
Your day starts with a team meeting. After that, you check ongoing welding projects. You set up procedures, perform quality controls, and give advice to colleagues. You train employees and work together with suppliers and external inspectors. No day is the same!
