WMS Consultant
Davanti Warehousing is the sister company of NewCold, the service provider in cold chain logistics with a focus on development and operation of large, highly automated cold stores.
Davanti Warehousing is specialized in warehouse logistics and has developed its own state-of-the-art warehouse management systems. Keeping our customers' warehouses running like a Swiss watch is Davanti's goal. About the vacancy
As a consultant, you will be involved in both current and new projects within Davanti. These projects include the implementation of our software at new locations as well as improvement and expansion projects for existing customers. Together with your team, you will ensure a working operation and a satisfied customer.
What will you do?
- Actively contributing to and describing logistics solutions
- Coordinate the complete implementation process
- Describe & configuring the WMS
- Software testing
- Create (test) documentation
- Coach & train the key users
- Execute Functional Acceptance Tests
- Provide support for the execution of Site Acceptance Tests
- Provide production support
- Describe the hand-over documentation
- Support Business Development
Who are we looking for?
- Higher professional education level
- Logistics and Supply Chain experience is preferable, but not necessary
- Knowledge of WMS systems and the management of logistics processes
- Excellent command in English, preferably Dutch
- Customer oriented
- Self-starter
- Persuasive
- Team player
- Empathic capacity
- Knowledge of French and/or German is highly appreciated
