As a Bakery Operator in the Cream Department you will work with ingredients, recipes and machines to produce high-quality products. You keep hygiene standards in check, follow the production schedule, detect technical issues and ensure smooth operations. With your efforts, the line runs steadily and customers receive consistent quality.

Weighing, measuring and checking raw materials accurately
Operating, setting up and shutting down machinery safely
Cleaning machines and maintaining hygiene and safety standards

You are proactive, detail-oriented and flexible to work shifts. You also bring:
Experience in a bakery or food production environment
Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
Good communication in English or Dutch
Accuracy in following recipes and spotting deviations
