Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment? In this bakery in Maastricht, you’ll work with freshly baked cookies, rotate between tasks, and be part of a supportive and diverse team. In addition to a solid base salary, you can earn shift allowances of up to 39%.
As a production operator, you are responsible for correct packaging and quality control of the products. You place cookies into trays or boxes, seal and label packages, and check that everything meets quality standards. Thanks to task rotation, no two shifts are the same. Cleanliness, accuracy, and teamwork are key in this role.
Your main responsibilities include:
Placing cookies in trays or packaging according to instructions
Sealing and labeling packages correctly
Checking product quality and reporting irregularities
Replenishing packaging materials when needed
Keeping the workspace clean and compliant with food safety rules

Availability to work in a 2- or 3-shift system

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with:
€2,680 gross per month as base salary (excluding allowances)
38% shift allowance between 18:00 and 03:00 (up to €20.76 per hour)
39% shift allowance between 03:00 and 06:00 (up to €20.91 per hour)
