About the Company: Our client, in Heinenoord, is one of the largest public transport operators in the Netherlands. At their modern workshop in Heinenoord, technicians work on conventional and electric buses using the latest diagnostic equipment and maintenance technologies. As a Bus Mechanic in Heinenoord, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing buses used in public transportation. You will work with both conventional and modern electric vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest safety and performance standards.

Your daily tasks include:

• Performing preventive maintenance and technical inspections
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
• Repairing engines, brakes, steering, suspension, and drivetrain systems
• Working with diagnostic equipment and technical documentation
• Troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems
• Performing safety checks and preparing vehicles for operation
• Registering completed work and reporting technical findings
• Contributing to the reliability and availability of the bus fleet

• Experience as a Bus Mechanic, Truck Mechanic, Commercial Vehicle Mechanic, or Automotive Technician
• Experience with diagnostics and fault finding
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ability to read technical documentation and work independently
• Experience working with diagnostic software and tools
• Good English language skills
• Driving licence B is mandatory
• Responsible, motivated, and safety-conscious attitude
