FunctieomschrijvingThis role is similar to that of a baker. He must prepare creams and cook caramel according to recipes. He works independently and, according to the schedule, must supply four production lines with cream or caramel. He must therefore be able to work in an organized manner. Who needs what and when? He operates a pre-mixer, a ball mill (mixer), and a cooking system. Once the creams or caramel are made, they must be pumped to the tanks along the lines. In between, he has time to clean the machines used on the lines in the washroom (by hosing them down with water).
When making the creams, fat is weighed automatically, but ingredients such as powdered sugar, dextrose, and milk powder are added in 25-kg bags.
Functie-eisen
- Some technical experience and understanding is required;
- Ability to resolve minor malfunctions;
- Ability to work accurately;
- Ability to keep the work area clean;
- EPT certification is required (can be obtained later);
- Must be able to work at least two shifts
Extra information:
- Hygiene is the top priority! This applies to both the workplace and personal hygiene;
- Women are not allowed to have long nails or wear jewelry;
- You must wear a hairnet and an apron at all times;
- Men with beards must wear a beard net (Preference: no beard)
- It’s not hard work, but you must stay busy at all times. Keeping your workstation 100% clean is extremely important.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Nora Biscuit follows the Collective Labor Agreement for the Confectionery Industry (see attachment in Dutch).
- All positions (except packaging operator) start in Job Group 4: €16.58
- Travel allowance of €0.23 for distances between 5-30 km one way.
- Shift allowance is: 38% and 39% (only at night shift),
- Saturday allowance 150% (08:00-15:00), 183% (15:00- 22:00), 210% (22:00-00:00)
- Sunday allowance 210% (00:00- 22:00), 138% (22:00- 00:00)
