You make the difference for our largest customers
At DHL Freight in Houten, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (formerly Key Account Desk Employee) who thrives on customer contact, quick coordination, and solving logistical challenges.
Together with seven enthusiastic colleagues, you will be the main point of contact for our key business customers. You ensure that their freight flows run smoothly and build strong, long-term relationships.
What you’ll be doing
You are the primary contact for your key accounts – customers rely on you for everything related to their shipments.
You monitor the status, rates, and progress of transports.
You identify issues, think in solutions, and act proactively.
You work closely with colleagues from Sales, Import/Export, Billing, the warehouse, and our international DHL partners.
You assist in preparing quotations and performance reports.
In short: you make sure our customers can count on flawless service – every single day.
Functie-eisen
What you bring
Bachelor’s level of working and thinking, with around 3 years of experience in a customer-focused (preferably logistics) role.
A commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a love for variety.
The ability to set priorities and maintain overview, even when things get busy.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
Accuracy in data handling and experience with systems such as SAP and Excel.
Above all, a positive mindset and a problem-solving attitude – you think in possibilities, not limitations
