What will you do?
As a Key Account Desk Specialist, you are the main point of contact for our largest business clients. Together with your team of seven colleagues, you ensure smooth handling of shipments and play a crucial role in DHL Freight’s success. Your daily tasks include:
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and serving as their main point of contact
Coordinating transport and monitoring delivery schedules
Resolving operational issues and providing effective solutions
Processing administrative data and reporting on performance

Who are you?
You have a completed MBO-level education (or equivalent), preferably in logistics or a commercial field
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in logistics
Proactive, solution-focused, and team-oriented
