- Focus on engine and aftertreatment calibration activities to meet functional and performance-related requirements.
- Document and evaluate test results, coordinating test set-up and execution.
- Develop new calibration procedures for engine and aftertreatment systems and their controls.
- Supervise procedures and processes within the organization to achieve department and project objectives.
- Actively contribute to improving calibration efficiency and quality, collaborating in project teams.
Functie-eisen- Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with demonstrable experience in mechatronics.
- Knowledge of internal combustion engines and related subsystems, including modern control strategies and electronics.
- In-depth understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics preferred.
- Familiarity with measurement techniques for temperature, pressure, flow, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism and proactivity.
- Ability to work in a complex project-oriented environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, with a willingness to learn Dutch.
