Build machines from the ground up | Mechanical assembly technician

Some people enjoy assembling something that's already been designed.

You enjoy figuring out how it works, improving it, and building it from individual parts.

If you're someone who likes to think, solve technical challenges and work with your hands, you'll feel right at home with us.

We design and build advanced custom machinery for customers around the world. Every machine is different. Instead of repetitive production work, you'll build complete machines from the ground up using precision-engineered components. Many of these parts are designed and manufactured by us, giving you the opportunity to work on truly unique equipment.

From precision mechanics and hydraulics to pneumatics, motion systems and mechatronics, you'll work on machines that require craftsmanship, technical insight and creativity.

What you'll do

• Build complete custom-made machines from technical drawings
• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Install motors, bearings, gearboxes, shafts and linear guide systems
• Perform precision alignment and mechanical adjustments
• Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Support machine testing and commissioning
• Work together with engineers and fellow technicians to continuously improve our machines
• Solve technical challenges during the build process

Who we're looking for

You're naturally curious and enjoy understanding how things work. You don't just follow instructions, you like solving problems and creating technical solutions.

You have:

• An minimum MBO or bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or a similar technical field
• Experience in mechanical assembly, machine building or a strong hands-on technical mindset
• Affinity with hydraulics, mechanics and machine construction
• The ability to read technical drawings, or the motivation to learn
• An eye for detail and quality
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
