Are you an experienced production leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a motivated Production Team Leader to strengthen the production team.
You will be responsible for leading the team, keeping the production process running smoothly and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.

What will you do?

• Lead and motivate the production team;
• Organize and monitor daily production activities;
• Ensure production targets are achieved;
• Monitor quality and safety standards;
• Support and coach employees in their daily work;
• Identify and solve problems during production;
• Help improve production processes and efficiency;
• Communicate with colleagues and other departments;
• Monitor the overall performance of the production team.

What will you bring

• Experience in a production leadership role, preferably within the food industry;
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
• A hands-on and proactive attitude;
• Ability to motivate and coach a team;
• A structured and results-oriented approach;
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system;
• Fluent English (minimum B1 level) and Polish are required; Dutch is a plus
