The company is a manufacturer within the medical and healthcare sector, where quality, reliability, and precision are of the highest importance. Products manufactured on-site include creams, wound care products, and FFP2 face masks.

The organization is currently expanding its operations, including the addition of a second production line and increased storage capacity. This growth creates excellent opportunities for employees who are eager to develop alongside the company.

A key characteristic of this organization is its customer-driven production model. Minimal inventory is kept, and products are often sold before they are completed. As a result, every employee plays an important role in delivering high-quality products on time.

• Packing and repacking products into cardboard export boxes;
• Preparing creams in a 400-liter mixing tank according to established formulas;
• Operating filling machines for tubes, wound care products, and FFP2 face masks;
• Replenishing raw materials and production supplies;
• Accurately completing production and quality documentation;
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues;
• Setting up and changing over production lines;
• Supporting warehouse operations when needed;
• Working in accordance with CE, FDA, and cleanroom guidelines;
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and preventing recurring technical issues.

The company places a strong emphasis on independence. You will be trained to operate multiple machines and production stations independently as part of your development within the organization.

• Holds at least a VAPRO A diploma or an equivalent qualification;
• Speaks and writes either Dutch or English;
• Has technical insight and can analyze and solve equipment malfunctions;
• Works accurately, takes responsibility, and can work independently;
• Feels comfortable in an environment where quality standards and procedures are important;
• Brings discipline, energy, and a positive attitude to work.

• A direct fixed-term contract with the company;
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
• A gross monthly salary of up to €3,510, including holiday allowance, depending on knowledge and experience;
• 23 vacation days plus 4 additional half-days of leave;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
