Functie-eisen- Master's Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum Ten Years of Experience in Engine Performance Development for heavy-duty diesel engines
- Expertise in key engine performance aspects: startability, cooling, torque/speed performance, NVH, etc.
- Experience with Requirement Engineering (DNG knowledge is a plus)
- Proactive attitude, excellent stakeholder management, and structured working approach
- Advanced English skills with the ability to present at a high level
